This is cool, I like the glare I don't know how to describe it but I like the way it brings ...light? into the picture?....I also like the composition (using fancy photography terms now 
) as a personal viewpoint I look to the right where the light is and then to the sign on the window and then to the flowers this is good as there's a diagonal line of view within the photo (trying to sound somehwat smart here 
)but yeah overall nice photo looking forward to seeing more
